About us For more than 10 years Valentina Romania has been committed to helping children in distress form the 5th district of Bucharest and aims at preventing abandonment within families facing financial difficulties.

We pay for day care (kindergarten) costs of young children and help them have a safer living environment, away from misery, insalubrity and violence while remaining in their families. Furthermore, we support their socialization with other children and help them integrate in the school system (free and mandatory from the age of 7).

We also offer the possibility, for children attending primary school, to prepare their homework in an after-school program, when they cannot get help from their parents. Thus the risk of school abandonment diminishes.
